Defective Product Exchange

Manufacturer warranties apply to defective merchandise, except where noted otherwise on our website and/or invoice. Contact the manufacturer in that regard. Should you require the appropriate contact number, kindly email your request.

Policies

In an effort to provide consistent quality and service we have provided the following policy information for our customers.

Product Availability

1. Computer Liquidations cannot guarantee that a product will be available on a continued basis.

2. Due to the nature of our business, quantities are limited to inventory on-hand while supplies last.

3. Your order will be processed and shipped or placed on backorder, where applicable, depending on the availability of the item(s) on your order.

4. Item availability and prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Upgrade offers and special promotions are subject to change.

6. Manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice.

7. All in-stock items will be shipped within one to two business days contingent upon payment.. Some items may be out of stock due to unexpected demand. Where possible, these items will be backordered and shipped immediately upon receipt.

8. Fax and phone orders will be processed within two business days.

Warranties and Returns

9. Only manufacturers warranties apply. Contact the manufacturer for defective products. If you are not able to locate the manufacturers phone number, please request it from us by email.

Pricing

14.The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that is charged.

15. Internet shipping prices may not apply to phone or mail orders.

Payment Information

17.Internet orders must be prepaid by using credit card (Visa/Mastercard)

18.No credit card charges will occur until the order is shipped.

19.All credit card orders over $250 shipping to an address, other than the credit card billing address, will be delayed.

20.Current billing address and phone information must be included in every order.

Tax, Insurance and Fees

21.Sales Tax will be charged to Florida and New York State customers.

22.An insurance charge is applied to all orders to insure against loss.
